The WORST service I have received while planning my wedding. I ordered a flower girl dress from this shop (online) and when it arrived it was absolutely not as it appeared on the website and the sizing was way way off. When I called to return the dress I was berated and told I was a "STUPID CUSTOMER" by the owner of the shop. Even though they did not accurately represent the product they sell I was still yelled at and unable to return it. They clearly do not care about their customers at all. I have no idea how a business like this stays in business.

I saw the website and called to verify the dresses i wanted were in stock per the website so i saw it and i called to verify. They shipped the wrong color Aqua blue. I sent them back in 48 hours. They promised a delviery date and missed the delivery date. I kept telling them if they couldnt get the dresses just tell me and i could order somewhere ele wth the wedding date in 30 days. They kept telling me no problem. Well i had a 100% guarenttee with the 30 day or less event of the wedding and teh dresses in stock. They kept lying to me about the dresses. Gave me a tacking number but the tracking number shows nothing was shipped or received by USPS only paid for shipping for three days? When i emailed them and told them they were lying and saw there 45 complaints with the BBB they accsued me of being delusinal and harrasing. THey cancelled me and said they were going to the post office to take the pacakge back they sent earlier. I called the USPS and they said they cant return a package that crossed over their coutnertop and was accepted. I was told by the owner of the store that the USPS mis informed me. Needless say i dont have the dresses 8 days before my wedding and i dont have the money. Every thing i say and can prove to be inaccurate on their part they turn around and call me delusinal even when i send it in print. Word to the wise check BBB before purchaisng on the internet.
