On may 25th 2008 I had an email address on my computer that said [email protected], my best friend that has stag 4 cancer was having her birthday on may 29th and I wanted to send her some plants and balloons. I decided to use this email advertisement and they said they couldn't deliver on the 29th of may because fed ex doesn't deliver the day after a holiday so it would have to be delivered on the 30th which I said that would be fine.
By the 1st when she still hadn't received them I tried to reach this [email protected] with no response. I do online banking and looked it up on my statement and find a phone number that I called 4-5 times a day for 2 days. I finally went on line and I thought I would try to order something just to get someone to communicate with me. I did talk to a lady that looked it up and said "oh fed ex couldn't find a physical address", I asked why they didn't give fed ex the recipients 2 phone numbers I had given them or why they hadn't called my 2 phone numbers to get directions? They finally called my friend (the recipient) and got directions and delivered her dead plants and deflated balloons. In the mean time fed ex refunded flowergram.Com and never even attempted to contact me. It took me weeks to finally get a tracking # and reach who [email protected], they ended up being flowergram.Com. When I finally was able to talk to someone the told me it wasn't there fault and i'd have to deal with fed ex. When I contacted fed ex after 3-4 departments later and then a supervisor they told me that flowergram.Com had already been refunded on june 5th 2008, and that they should have already refunded me.
When I contacted this man by the name of phil he said he sent my messages to the department that takes care of this and they decide that they were not going to refund me. This was their fault to for not following up on their delivers and trying to contact the recipient for directions . Fed ex left this stuff that's perishable in their truck all this time during all the extreme heat days we had. I need someone to help me get my money back and flowergram.Com didn't even offer to redeliver live plants or even an apology. It's not the money that's so important, it is that my friend is very sick with cancer and I wanted her birthday gift to be a surprise and something she could plant and remember they were from me. Please help me with this terrible problem? Fed ex has faxed me the copy of the check they sent flowergram.Com and I have the contact number of flowergram and the person name.
