I put an order in for a friend, and when the flowers were never received, I followed the tracking number.
The note said that the flowers were left at the front door. The problem with that is that it was an apartment building without a doorman.
No one signed for the flowers and the recipient never received the flowers. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do, because as long as they were concerned the flowers were delivered, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no, and the only name he would give me was Phil. When I mentioned that this was very unprofessional he hung up on me.
I am not sure what kind of business they are trying to run, but it's not one that treats their customers with care.
