Horrible service
Charged $15.99 regular delivery and an additional $7.99 for same day. The bouquet of one dozen roses was to be a surprise! The delivery person CALLED the recipient to get directions! I was livid! The website 'GUARANTEES SATIFACTION' and their definition of 'satisfaction' is to apologize and issue a $10.00 FUTURE purchase certificate. Totally useless, false advertising, and fraudulent. I had originally ordered TWO dozen roses from their sister site/Pro Flowers, but they refused to deliver same day unless I ordered their PREMIUM LONG STEM roses at $120.00!! So I canceled the order and went to Florist Express. Had I known they were affiliated I would have run. I expect them to back their guarantee. I am out $66.00 for a bouquet that was not satisfactorily delivered at all. Doing a net research, I found MANY complaints about this company.

Mother's Day
misleading price/ Delivery
I just ordered flowers and chose the deal of the day for 19.99. The flowers are for mother's day but I chose flexible delivery and time and free vase offered, it came to over 50.00 with extra fees they tacked on. VERY deceptive business practice and didnot use my discount code (Tom Joyner). The flowers were delivered to the neighbor's home. Buyer BEWARE

Unauthorized Charges
I wouldn't ever make a purchase with this company again. They unknowingly sign you up for a monthly membership and charge your account for 9.99/month. If you've made a recent purcahse with this company, check immediately to make sure you are not incurring this monthly charge.

terrible product
Purchased flowers for my Mom thru ProFlowers.com and when she received them and they were absolutely disgustingly pathetic! I have pictures that would make your stomach turn. I paid close to $50 for some thing that looked like a bunch of weeds!!! The advertisement for a gorgeous, full boquet, not a bunch of wilted dead weeds! Not what you want to hear when you tried to make your mothers Valentines day special, especially when she watches my children for me while i work. She deserved a gorgeous bouquet, instead she got a bunch of weeds! Im a single mom and i dont have that kind of money to throw around. And I have filed a complaint with them and I do hope that they rectify the situation!!! I am quite disappointed. This also happened to a friend of mine who sent my roses in Vegas and when I got them they were wilted and some of the buds were snapped off. I didnt remember the name of that company until now and now I know better! I will never order from them again and I wont let any of my friends order from them either! I attached pix too! One on the left is what was advertised! And the one on the right was what I got!!! NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I ORDERED! Thanks Tammy

Charging monthly amount after I made one transaction
I ordered some flowers for my daughter-in-law in Columbus, Ohio back in March. On my statement I found besides the transaction on 30 March, there have been monthly payments of $14.95 taken out on my credit card, ie an extra payment in March plus payments in April, May and June.

Miss delivery for Valentine's day
Pro Flowers devilered my wife valentine flowers to LITTLETON, MA, US yesterday not to Ocean City, MD and they cannot get another shipment delivered until tuesday 2/16. A little late for valentine day- Don't use pro flowers.

Scam
We ordered flowers thro Proflowers for a friend when his mother died. A month later we noticed an EasySaver charge of $14.95 on our credit card. We could not figure out what it was...the next month another charge of $14.95 we got alarmed and checked the internet and found out what they are. We never did sign up for the service. I recommend never ordering flowers thro Proflowers as they sent our credit card # without our permission to and signed us up with EasySaver. This should be illegal for one company to send your credit card to another company without permission. Does anyone know to a legal recourse on this sort of action. This is a complete scam. I will be calling the Easysaver company to get off their billing.

No Delivery
Ordered on 12.22.09 flowers for Christmas eve. A gift for my Daughter. Company charged my credit card. Never delivered.
Called on the first busines day. Representetive told me...Sorry, Florist had problems. After I told her how disapointed I was, She said Oh well..to bad.. Maybe we can send one today. One day after christmas. No way.
If I would have been in charge of the complaint department I would have offered a free bouquet.
Bad service. Will never order from this company again. Big disapointment.

NO services provided
Ordered services on 11/03/2009 provided address and payment of 67 dollars. No flowers delivered to my best friend who is sick with GBS. The company lied that they delivered to the address.
Called them the same day, they asked extra 19 dollars for delivery the following day, which I think is robbing customers. Still not delivered .
Called them on 16/03/2009 - they told me they delivered to the totally different address . So my friend with out flowers on her birthday, all this hassle cost me 35 dollars to call them and send faxes. They were very arrogant to the clients and did not confirm for me the delivery with no signature, no time. I asked the refund, they refused.
I am planning to apply to debt collection company and report to the local authority.
