I was looking for various organizations to help me write a small business grant from the fed. government when I came across the FLT Grantinstitue who declaired that they have been very successfull over the years in helping people write grants from the US government and instisted that I just give my debit card number in order to reserve a place in line for their help, I was hesitant but was assured that they would not use it until I called back with approval, and even came down on their price from $109. to $79 for incouragment, I still did not give approval as I was not even sure if I evenhad that in my account nor sure I would emplooy them to help, I cAlled them the next day to decline but was told I was already debited and would be recieveing their package in the mail within the week, I told a man ther named Less Turner, I did not want their service and insisted that I be credited back the money they took, after many minutes of arguing and threatning Mr. Turner agreed to debet back my money and even gave me a confermation number and a counselation number, he lied. My money still has not been returned, I have never logged back on to their web site nor recieved anything in the mail. That was on Sept. 21, I still have not beed credited back my money for a service I have not used a nd cannot get support on their site or the phone othere than to give me run arounds and end up at this site. I am a disabled woman living below poverty level just trying to make my last and very valid dream come true. Can you PLEASE help me? what leagle actions do I have? I dont have even $20 to give away, much less than $109 and then was told there were certain other fees that I didnt write down, I guess stupid is stupid but even stupid people need help.
