I went to myspace and a IQ test came up, and I bit the hook
next request from them was, upon completion which was a request 4 my cell #. The next thing that happened was I received a text code num. on my phone in which I was to reply w/that code then,
when responding I received a "there was an error in your response"
So. I called there 1 800 # (off my magic jack) and there outgoing message claimed that " I called from a non cell # and to try them on a
another "1-800) so I did, then their outgoing claimed the same !
I promptly text-ed them back, telling them that I was going to report them next thing was a response that 'Monthly charges apply 19.99 per month. ( I guess my I.Q was less then these scam artist huh?)
I'm so irritated please just call me for further info @ 1860-971-9931

I ordered a ringback tone and received a totally different one than I had paid for. It also charged my phone 30 minutes of airtime for this wonderful opera song! I would appreciate it if someone would fix it. And my advice is don't get hooked into enering your cell phone number for lousy songs.

I was asked to give my cell phone number if I wanted to a try a service call FlyCell.com for games and ringtones. I was told that they would text message my phone, and if I did not want to have this service, I would just send a text message back saying that I did not want this service. I did this, and they still billed my account.

When I called FlyCell.com, not only did I get a customer service representative that was rude, wouldn't allow me to get a word in edgewise; but when I asked for a manager, he said there were no manager available (bull) and that I would have to call back in two hours when there would be one.

They refused to give my money back and when I told them that I was going to file a complaint, they weren't fazed by this at all.

This is a scam, and PLEASE, PLEASE BE wary and do not use a company that is rude, and uses fradulent business practices!!!

Buyers beware!

So I got this brand new phone with Alltell and was looking for ringtones online. I wanted some final fantasy game ringtones so i typed just that into google search and i got some site that took me to flycell.com after entering my # and selecting my carrier (alltell). After looking at the site i found that they had one ringtone by the type i was looking for and it sucked so i tried to unsubscribe but had been charged the $9.99 for my subscription.

The tech support said i couldn't unsubscribe and get my money back i just wouldn't be a member anymore and wouldn't incur a monthly fee of $9.99. So then i said what the hell i might as well have the subscription for a month and maybe I'll find a use for it and i told him so. Then he continued to tell me that even if i wanted a different ringtone that my carrier wasn't supported by them and i pretty much would have not been able to get my final fantasy ringtones even if they had them. So in disappointment i told him to cancel my subscription and that i was angry not with him, but with his company. I guess I'm just out $10 bucks.

IT IS TWICE NOW THAT I HAVE RECEIVED CHARGES ON MY CELL PHONE BILL I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. WHEN I CALLED MY SERVICE PROVIDER (ALLTEL) THEY TELL ME IT IS A THIRD PARTY THAT HAD TEXT MY NUMBER AND WE NEED TO TEXT MESSAGE STOP BACK TO THEM. BUT WE STILL HAVE TO PAY THE CHARGES. WHEN I CALLED FLY CELL THEY TOLD ME THEY TEXT MESSAGE AND IF YOU DON'T WRITE STOP BACK YOU WILL BE CHARGED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TEXT WHOM EVER THEY WANT AND CHARGE? ISNN'T THIS ILLEGAL?
