First of all, sorry about my english. I'am trying to improve it every day.
Last day, 09_09_08 we must return from Glasgow to Barcelona, Flight GSM615 with 'Flyglobspan' at 17:35. When we arrive to Glasgow airport we verify that flight has been delayed from 17:35 to '00:40', ¡¡¡¡ more than 7 hours !!! and company only offers us ( speciffied in a letter ) ¡¡¡ 6 pounds per passenger launch !!!.
Flight, finally, departs at 01:30 A.M, and we arrive to Barcelona at 5:15 A.M ( local time ), ¡¡¡¡ 8 hours delayed !!!
What can we do ? How could we do a complaint in order to reclaim a reparation by delay and difference in lunch, taxis, etc...?
