Please be advised that if your dog gets attacked at Flying High Doggy Daycare the owner will NOT take responsibility for the vet bill, will NOT check up on your dog to see if he/she is OK, and will brush you off and let you deal with your wounded dog by yourself. She does not believe that a dog should be taken to the vet after a dog has ripped a hole in your dog's face. She taunts "I want to know what your vet said about that". (documented) She is not a vet DVM, she likes to think she is though.She thinks the vet tramatized my dog (documented) and not the dog that ripped a hole in my babys face. She said these things in a voice recorded message that has been documented by authorities. I had to call her to see if you even intended on following up with me after my dog was bitten at Flying High. She said 2 days later that my dog was not top priority because she had 43 dogs in her care and they were now her top priority. ( also documented)

Don't you finish and make good with the dog that was hurt 2 days ago first? My lawyer said it is called "Restitution" this is the "Act of making good or of giving the equivalent for loss, damage, or injury." Yes, I had to get a lawyer when my dog was attacked at Flying High. Is that too much to ask for my dog being attacked at Flying High Resort? There are 4 vets in the area, we researched this, one that was walking distance down the road. Instead, My dog was handed to me broken and I had to rush her to a vet.

The first time I left my dog there she came out with a fresh cut bleeding on her toe and I asked Judi what happened? She got the kennel guy and he did not know either. Judi got some solution and put it on the bleeding toe. I was ok with that because yes, these things do happen. I then showed that I trusted Judi by bringing my dog back only to get attacked at Flying High, then to be criticized because I did not agree with her about my dog being checked out by a vet after she had a puncture wound to her face right below her eye. I spoke to several vet specialists and showed them the pictures and they all agreed that the dog should have been seen by a professional. This has as well been documented.


If you LOVE your dog think twice about bringing him/her here. If you drop off a piece of property at a business, you expect to get it back in the same condition or better than you brought it in. She does not believe that when you drop your dog there in her care that if the dog gets hurt it is her responsibility. She will simply give your dog and say..."well these things happen" (documented). Funny how that has never happened when I left my dog in the care of a professional. But who am I kidding, she is no professional.

If everything goes well, then of course you will be happy. It is when things don't go as planned, this is the way you and your dog will be treated.

My dog did not start the fight. She was minding her own business when she got attacked not once but twice the staff told me. I don't want anyone to be treated the way I was or my dog was treated. Like we were inconveniencing her. I love my dog and wanted to give her a chance to socialize in a safe place with other dogs. I was WRONG to choose this place.

I have given her over a month for a sincere written appology, a card, anything to make it right, but I got NOTHING.

I work for a vet, with vet techs, 3 local dog rescues, a dog club, ran a dog hospice for 4 years, Groomers who groomed by foster/terminally ill dogs, Dog supply stores that supplied all my food and doggy toys and treats etc... I am letting them all know how I was treated by Flying High Daycare owners. I carry the picture of my poor dogs face as proof for what can happen at Flying High Dog Daycare. My dog has a scar that will remind me everytime I look at her how she was ignored at Flying High in Camarillo.

Obviously, I am not the only isolated case.
