I booked a ticket from Chennai to Ahmadabad from YATRA.COM of Kingfisher airlines flight dated 29 Oct 2010.(PNR NO.BHDEUJ &ticket no.3750492440).As per scheduled timing the flight was at 8:30 pm but the flight got cancelled . So I rescheduled the ticket with same PNR NO. from kingfisher airlines. The rescheduled ticket was for flight on 29 October 2010 at 8:05 pm as per kingfisher customer care.
But the flight took off early at 6:05pm and I was not able to aboard the flight .Upon inquiry on kingfisher counter on Chennai airport and also on customer care of kingfisher airlines they told me that they will be given me the full refund of my ticket fare from YATRA.com.
On contacting with YATRA.COM they told me to submit a copy of ticket with a stamp of full refund from kingfisher airlines counter. After that I call to kingfisher customer care they told me to send me a mail on ([email protected]) this ID and then from kingfisher a replay was come within 12hr and then you may forward that mail to YATRA.COM and then you will get the refund.
I work in Jamnagar and it is not possible for me to go to Ahmadabad for this purpose. So kindly give a suitable reply to this mail so that I can forward thos mail to YATRA.COM and get my full refund.
