One day out of the clear blue I received a small white rectangular box from Shipping Management Hollywood Fl 33020-1037; on the box was a phone number which I called 1-866-949-0138 which got me to Acberry Colon Health. A woman answered, and I told her I have been receiving a box every couple of weeks with a dietary supplement, (which has never been approved by the FDA). The women said that she would be able to refund only the last package that I received and refund would be sent to me in 30 days with this call it also puts a stop on sending any additional packages. So for the (4) other packages it seems I lost that money which is over $150.00 The women checked to see if my name was on there system before going a head to give me a RMA# 1834782-13179708. The women went on to tell me that there return policy is that after 90 days that there was know way she could help me. The refund would be sent to me within 30 days, what is with this I am very angry about this matter with Acberry Colon Health it seems to me that there had been criminal activity taken place at Acberry it was OK for this company Acberry to steal my name, address and credit card (2) information. What a scam!! Also I never ever got any type of email on this dietary supplement on my internet email address. I never reviewed or browsed the Acberry’s Website, the women I talked with said I registered on the website, that in fact I never even knew of this product or company. Have been receiving calls from my banks, that there have been suspicious transactions going on in my accounts, one thing I barely use one particular card. I think am a victims of internet and credit card fraud, I would like government consumer board to review FMA Laboratories / Acberry Colon Health cases and put them out of business they have or will be committing Business Criminal Fraud. I do think there are many more victims of Acberry Criminal organization @ 3007 Greene Street, Hollywood Fl 33020 phone 1-866-949-0138. I will be sending an email to [email protected] stating that I never placed an order for any type of dietary products.

I would like to hear back on this Fraud Case.
