My Visa credit card has been charged $57.61 for something we did not order. I called 1-866-359-2612 to request this refund. I was told I could only get $40.00 refunded not the entrire amount. That is nonsense, why not the full amount, because I did not request that I will get $40.00 back, but not $17.61 WHY? I WANT A FULL REFUND...
