Supplemental Charge

Agreed to initial on-line fee of $2.97 for on-line svc. Received bank stmt with that charge and nominal separate ATM charge of $0.09. However, have also been charged a supplemental fee of $57.61, and $1.73, respectively. I checked fine-print of agreement and failed to find any supplemental charges to be made unless initiating some further transaction. I do not feel this should have been charged, nor would I have engaged, as I am on very fixed income.
Please, I need your assistance to resolve this matter.

Charged me $57.61 for Sep. & Oct to my debit card

I was searching the internet about grants for school and I got on the Grant locator website and looked at what they they had there. I agreed to the $2.97 for a list of the grants I could possibly get and the names of the places to go get them. I am 68 years old and living on Social Security and these people have charged me $57.61 for September and the same for October. They are automatically taking the money out of my checking account. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DO THIS. These people are pulling a scam on a lot of people and I am going Sue them if they refuse to send all of my money back to me. There is another version of these people called the DBP*GRANTAPP and they are doing the same thingto people except they are using the person's credt card instead of a debit card. There telephone number of these people is 1-866-458-9077. If anyone has a problem with them, just call them.
