I canceled my order on May 21. and was told that the account was closed but that the two bottles just went out, but that I could keep the bottles, and I would be charged $40.00. I was not satisfied with this and asked for an RMA to which I was told that they would email me an RMA. Waited for it and it never came. Tried before that to go online to cancel my account could not do it, impossible. Today May 29th, I received my statement and noticed that they charged my credit card $83.18 and another charge of 87.13 - on May 20th. These were under two different names and two different phone numbers. AC Berry Cycle and the other charge under Extremeresv, which is known as Resveratrol Ultra . I finally got a live person on the phone as I tried all the automated numbers they gave, I finally hit the right number re: inquiring about a shipment. The person that I talked with was called Cindy if that was her proper name. She told me that under the terms I had to notify them within 15 days. but it also states that they have 24 hour support which I could not access.
This is nothing but a scam. It took me many hours of holding on
and redialing and trying different automated number as I mentioned. This should not be. She also said that I had two different accounts with them, which I do not know how that happened. The only thing I could think of is that I went on line and their site would not accept my Citi card due to an error so then I gave them my Sony Card. Somehow they accepted both to my surprise after not being able to submit the Citi card due to an error.
This Cindy was going to put me thru to the billing dept. and I asked her for the web site so that I could access it and dispute this but she hung up on me. Let me tell you it is easier to get thru to the White House than to this company.
