I purchase the free trials for Acai Berry and Life Cleans through FMW Laboratories (3.95 ea). The accounts were canceled on the 15th day as required even though trial product still hadn't been received. They still charged my account for 87.13 ea respectively, for additional product. When called on to ensure that the accounts were cancelled, I actually spoke to 3 different people. The first person told me that I would not receive a refund for product that was cancelled prior to shipment, even thought I had not requested this product. I asked for a supervisor and was put on indefinite hold. Prior to calling again, I went to their site and printed the terms and condition. The second person I spoke to told me that I might see a refund but that I couldn't speak to a supervisor when I requested for one because they were in an emergency meeting. Prior to calling a 3rd time, I printed their return policy. The 3rd person I spoke with, confirmed that no product had been shipped (this is 4 days after innitially canceling the accounts). When I asked to speak to their billing department, I was told that a refund request was issued, I should see something within 7 - 10 business days and that the only way to actually talk to their billing department was via e-mail. I allowed adequate time for them to issue my refund and still nothing. A police report was filled and all required documents were submitted to my bank to dispute these charges. As of now, they are still in the process of disputing these transactions. I would not recommend to anyone this company, it has been nothing but a headache. As for the additional product ... that was over a month ago, and even though they never issued a refund, I haven't seen any additonal product from them either, nor do I wish to receive anything else from this company.
