Ordered a trial order of acai berry for $3.95 and about 2 weeks later my account was charged $89.74 On January 9th 2009 I called the number on my bank statement and they said they would refund my money within 7-10 days and cancel account. I informed them that I did not order a subscription for this product. On January 22, 2009 I called again and the lady I spoke with said they do not do refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said supervisor was on another call and she put me on hold then it went to a voicemail where I left a message. I called back again 15 minutes later and the lady I spoke with then said they cancelled my subscription and are processing my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me again that supervisor is on another call I asked do they have more than one and she said yes. I asked for another phone # she said they don't have one. I asked for a mailing address and she would not give me one. I asked what state they were in she said Florida but would not give me the city. Have contacted my attorney and will contact attorney general in florida and the better business bureau in florida. Brenda in georgia
