Phone number provided for customer service / cancellation asks if you want to look up your product order or if you want to cancel. BOTH options want me to provide my credit card number. I have not even received the Deoxicant trial or product. The healthcleanse is apparently same as lifecleanse (because the box stated 39.95 on it and I had a charge and an RMA number matching. In which case I paid postage for 2. I authorized .99 for trial. I am so frustrated and cannot reach anyone other than my credit card company to dispute charges. At this point I have no clue what is what. For example; “UTHIHEALTH—OXI-BERRY—LIFEBERRY.
Phone numbers all go to the same place with the same response..to cancel or check on your order enter your credit card number ...WHAT!!!

I looked at my bank account on line as I always do and noticed the $87.13 deducted from my account. I called the number listed and got nobody; just on hold for five minutes, then hung up. Called again the next day, same thing. I never ordered this to begin with so somehow they have taken my number from another transaction. I had to block my credit card because of this and plan to complain to the BBB.

This company is a hugh fraud, If you have been screwed by these people, complain to the attorney general of Fla, they have a case going on this company it is is easy to file on line.. Help get this company out of business !!

I placed my order on March 23, 2009 and found today, April 7, 2009, that my account has been debited for $87.13. Your 30-day Money Back Guarantee below states that not only will you give us a free trial period for the full month supply but also a RISK FREE 30-day Money back guarantee. We will have 14 days from the date of our order to evaluate the product. If I decide I am not happy with the product, I can cancel at anytime. It did not state that I have 14 days to cancel or else I will be charge $87.13.

I called your customer service and I was informed that my 14 day trial period is over yesterday so I should have cancelled then. This is false advertising. Why would you state 30 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are only giving your potential clients 14 days trial period from the date of the order. I did not get the order until Monday, 03/30/2009. The 14 days trial period clearly states to EVALUATE the product and not to CANCEL within this number of days.

Your company should be reported to Better Business Bureau for misrepresentation and false advertising. Your refund and exchange policy and terms and conditions state otherwise on what you have on your website. Your product may potentially be very good but your business practice is bad. I ordered another product from another company and I was given the option to continue the product will a discount, so I did not cancel it. Your company did not even bother to offer a discount for potential buyers. There is no way consumers would know if the product is effective in less than 14 days (including slow shipment).

Similar to others, I ordered "free" for shipping only on 1/12 and NEVER RECEIVED anything, when 10 days later I received 87.13 debit to my bank account. I called the number from the shipping charge record (the one for the 87.13 was disconnected) and cancelled both accounts - apparently two were generated for two different products. I requested refunds and have repeated been told it's up to the billing department. I am still out funds and plan on reporting to Better Business as well as find out what the Attorney General can do.
