Ordered trial for Acai Berry. used my debit card to have the $3.95 taken from my bank account. Now they have come back and deducted $87.13 from my checking account again. I did not authorize this transaction nor have I received any additional product (which I do not want). Can't get thru on the phone. Says wait time is 3-5 minutes. I sat there at least 20 waiting for someone. No one ever answered. I have instructed my bank not to accept anymore charges from them if they can do that. If not, will have to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

Hey everyone, I just emailed Florida's Attorney General regarding this matter hopefully they will be stopped. I suggest you guys email them as well maybe then something will be done to get our refunds and put them out of business.

I called the number that was on my bank statement a couple ties now and I have talked to people saying I will get a refund for my $88 charge after the trial bottle. I was toldthe first time I would get an email conformation within 24 to 48 hours and my refund would come 4 to 10 business days latr. It has been almost two weeks since my first call and I have still not gotten an email and my refund has not arrived. I needed that money for Christmas shopping and now I do not know what to do.
