I ordered the free sample of "pure acai berry". I got a product that is loaded with Caffeine. This is not what i ordered. Even though they gave it to me for just $3.95 I still took the time to call and complain. They said it was my fault for not doing my research to find out the ingredients of the products even though on the order website www.acaiberrydetox.com they list it as "pure acai". The customer service agent Sam Guzman insisted that my lack of research is the problem and not the fact that the website states "pure acai". When I asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me.

I hate companies that misrepresent their product. Just the caffeine alone would meet all the benefits they list. I could just take caffeine pills if i wanted that trash in my body. Beware!!!

Ordered FREE trial of Acai Berry Detox - received trial and paid $5.00 shipping - then they charged my account $87.13 for the first months pills which I have never gotten nor did I give them permission to charge my account. Called the number, which is no longer in existence, on January 6, 2009 and spoke with a woman named Joyce and was given a cancellation number of 145080 but as of today have not received a penny. Cancelled my debit card so they cannot put any more charges on my account
