On the 5th April i was envolved in a car accident, i called Absa idirect insurance, i had to hold for more then 10minutes, eventually my call was answered by an agent named Diren, he logged the accident and promised that one of the agents will call me back to get more info on the accident, i called again twice today the 7th April and was holding on for more then 20minutes, eventually my call was cut off, i feel its Ridiculous to hold so long for an agent to answer your call, whether you are busy or swamped with calls, why dont you have a call me back option or deal with the inbound and outbound pressure, unlike having unhappy clients, please call me at your soonest.
