I called to do a settlement for my bill of $589.00 and was told by their rep on August 6, 2010 that I would have to pay 56% f the debt. She quoted me 340.00 with a 8.95 service fee. I paid the exact amount, and was told that I would get a letter in writing once the payment cleared that the debt was paid.

Two days later I get a letter stating that I owed $249.00 the difference fo the $589.00 debt. I called in regards to this letter and was told that I owed the entire amount of $589.00. When I ask to speak to the represenative by name that had handled my account along with the manager who had verified the payment. I was told " Yes, you did make the settlement and I will look into it and give you a call". I never recieved a call from the represenative or her manager. A few days later they called again stating that I owed $259.00. I demanded to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I called several times and everytime I ask to speak to a manager, I was hung up on.

Finally after my 4th attempt I was able to speak to a manager who agreed I had made a settlement agreement but that I still owed $79 because the settlement was for $389.00. I was livid and confused. I finally was transfered to the orignal manager who stated his rep had placed notes on my account on 8/13/2010 stating I would call to pay the difference. These notes were lies and false. I was never told of a settlement for 389.00 I was under the impression the 348.95 had secured the deal.

I again called after no help from management and spoke to a supervisor who stated he would pull the tapes of the conversation and give me a call. It has been several weeks and I have yet to recieve any confirmation letter of my $348.95 payment or word from the supervisor about the tapes he was suppose to pull...
