On August 8, 2007, I purchased a download from Focus Today, Inc. for 9.95. It was called Animated Flash Cards. The web site stated once the money cleared they would email me with instruction and a password so that I can download what I purchased. This company has gotten my money and I have not received the email with download instructions. I used their email address that was given to get in touch with them about the problem. I never got a response from them. Its now August 30th. This is a horrible way to do business. I was buying this for my 9 year old child. Doing business in the name of children and then ripping off money is just awful. Having consumers email them and don't respond is also is not good business. The email address that was given was support AT focustoday.com. This company needs to refund me my money or give me the product I already paid for. The money was taken out my bank account on August 8th.
