Paying for something i haven't gotten

I ordered a free trial of both life cleanse and colon cleanse products, paid for the shipping of both and recieved only one of te products. Since then i have been charged a total of $300AUS for products that i have never recieved. I want a cancellation and refund of everything immediately, my accounts with you are 80116620 and 80116637.

fraud

i dont know, why they are take out the money almost £ 74 2 times without my authorizied ai only order the fre trial and they charge me only delivery pay by £3.70 2 times in both capsules and now on 14 aug 2009 they charge £74 2 times they are fraud how could they do it ? is any one know how could we cancel the card from there aur contact them if any one know please tell me?
