unauthorized credit card charge

unauthorised charges
I order 2 month ago a sample box acai beries on 11 aug they charge me twice £74.93 and 26 aug £76.90 withaut permision I dont now how to get my money please help?

Unauthorised charge from Credit Card, products never ordered or received
On 4 August 2009 I ordered on-line a free sample (a 60 capsule bottle) of Life Cleanse and paid for the postage US$ 5.93 dollars (with my Credit card).
Until my discovery on 15 September 09, without my authorisation my Credit card has been charged a total of AUS$ 185.98 for other products that I have never ordered nor received, from Focuscleanse and other unknown companies: Maxacaiburn Com, VH Access, ezykit.
I emailed them using the email they sent me when I ordered the free sample to tell them to stop charging my card and I did not want any more products after ordering the free sample. I did not receive any reply to that email. I had to temporarily suspend my card but don 't know what to do next.
The product Lifecleanse was advertised as from England, but when I called their number (an England number), I got someone from a call centre in India who told me the product was shipped from the US, but he could not verify whether the shipment had actually happened. He could not give me any written cancellation nor could he checked whether someone had received my email.
If I had checked the complaint board first, I would have never ordered anything from Focuscleanse.

taking money from my account for something I have not ordered and did not receive
I ordered a free sample which was delivered and all I had to pay was the postage which was taken off my credit card. I have just received a statement and see an amount of £74.03 has been taken off for a company calling themselves Focuscleanse. The product I ordered was called LifeCleanse and was distributed by Viv 3 Ltd of Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 7QY UK. On phoning Viv 3 (number found on their website, I can no longer get through on their number).
I checked on the internet and see that lots of people have been scammed and have left information. I have phoned my bank but can only get through on Monday now.
Please reply to this email and let me know what else I can do.

SCAM & RIP OFF $ FROM CREDIT CARD
I AGREED TO TRY THE CLEANSE PRODUCT FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD, YET IT WAS NOT CLEAR THAT THE TRIAL PERIOD STARTED FROM THE DAY OF ORDER NOT FROM RECIET OF THE PRODUCT. HENCE BY THE TIME THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, THE BILL FOR $118 CAME WITH IT & IT HAD BEEN ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THE CC DETAILS WERE GIVEN ONLY FOR THE DELIVERY COAT & THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT.
THEN ON TOP OF THAT REGULAR PAYMENTS WERE DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT CARD WITH NO DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT. THIS IS CRIMINAL ON 2 COUNTS: FIRSTLY TAKING PAYMENT FROM MY CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION & SECONDLY TAKING MORE PAYMENTS AND NOT PRODUCT TO ME, HENCE OUT-EXCHANGE.
THIS OCCURRED 5 TIMES IN A SPACE OF 5WEEKS.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY TOTALLY CRIMINAL & OUT-EXCHANGE.

unauthorized charge
I answered an ad for a FREE product (supplement) I was to pay only the shipping which was 6.73 cents. On july 22 it was taken from my account. then on August 7, 2 amounts of 130.97 were taken from my credit card without my authorization.

Fraud
a company viv3.com charged me $118.63 for diet products in July and now another company called: FOCUSCLEANSE also charged me $118.63 <br />

Both of those companies are fraud. I have complained to my credit card company and hopefully they refund me.
