On 09th July 2007 I had gone to Food Bazar for shopping of foodgrains and household stuff. Since I cannot take the bags (09 nos) alone like always I went to the security counter for Home Delivery. I got one bag of vege with me and rest 8 bags for home delivery.

On 10th July around 5.30pm I received the home delivery of 8 bags. The man took the white receipt of the same and left. When the bags were opened to my surprise 3 bags out of 8 bags were cut by rats and those bags were locked in other 3 bags on top so that the stuff inside the bag cannot fall off. Very Smart!!
However, many of the foodgrains packets like groundnut, Aloo bhujia Snacks, Haldirams Moong Dal etc are eaten by the rats causing it very harmful for my family now. And other packets are cut... and definably i don't want to take any chance to use those packets again. My flour is also ruined. Most of all the bags were stinking to the core and I was so scared hope I don't find a dead mice in the bag.

This is not acceptable. I tried caling the food bazar but couldn't get through so i made call to Helpline and loged a complaint regarding the same.
However to be very frank I did not expect from Company like this. This has caused very negative impression on me.
