Misbehaviour by management
On 10/7/11...we all frnds went to hotel princess nellore., we all had food which was not according to price and onions wer luking expired..and at the time of paying bill...we all wer 18 members we all handled money to one of our frnd he was about to pay..and thn one waiter shouted that we r escaping the bill and called the police who wer standing infront of hotel there they took hold my frnd and man handling was not fare and insulted us...we are feeling ashamed being insulted by hotel management...and there is racial discrimination also among police mens and us because we are marwadis frm rajastn..and hotel is of nellore in andhra pradesh...so we had paid money to local leader who came to help us but cheated us taking 2500 and ask us to leav and go home...am feeling so sad to say am indian.:(:'(

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
I visited the cadland with my family of 6 on the 12/06/11 and i have to say the service we received was EXCELLENT!! We visited back in november and have been put of coming back due to the very bad service that time.
However some friends told us there was a new manager and the standards have gone up and how correct they were.
We all had dinner and there was not a bad thing to say about any of the meals the manager was bringing the food out and got us some more drinks so we dident have to get up that is somethink that does not happen everyday.
We spoke to stephen the new manager at the end and what a nice young man he is. I would like to thank him and his staff for a great day out at the cadland what a fab place we shall be returning more.

Retour
I was disappointed with the Indonesian postal service by EMS.
On May 19, 2011, I sent the package in a addressed to: Sneewbalstraat 64b, 3135 ES Vlaardingen - Holland. with bar code EE 140870952 ID.
According to information I got from the post office employee who helped me at the time was said that:
1. Destination address falls within the EMS network.
2. The package will arrive 3 days or no later than 5 days. If there is a problem / address not found, the package will be held in the State to max 1 month. So I gave my no.telp (which is written in the copy sheet receipt of payment). Thus according to my information will be contacted if there are problems sending goods to the destination address.
So the EMS can call me any time if there is a problem. Or I can contact the recipient to retrieve the package package in the nearest post office address of the destination country, if the address difficult to find.
Unfortunately, all of which are described are not appropriate and the information was very damaging and misleading. I knew the delivery status via the website on 26th May, the goods that I sent in Retour. On May 26th I went straight to the post office where my transaction, and said it was in Retour shipment. He asked me to come to the central post office in Bandar Lampung no.21 JL.Ahmad Dahlan to meet Mr. Darius, ssomeone who worked directly in the EMS shipment. I relayed my complaint to Mr. Darius, and by Mr.
Darius, he bring me to the Customer Service (Mrs. Tika). There is no certainty that described, but Mrs. Tika help to send an email toher boss to ask for clarity shipping status. And Mrs.Tika promised to immediately contact me the next day on 27th May 2011. On May 27, Mrs. Tika contact me and just said that the status of my shipment to the destination address was already retour since May 26th with a reason for delivering not find the destination address.
I ask then what is the solution then?, because I asked for compensation for the cost of shipping that I paid Rp.859.273, - but i paid for nothing? because the information I've got (above) is clearly misleading and harmful. On 30 I check again the status of delivery of goods through the website, it turns out the goods have arrived at Soekarno Hatta Airport. and my 31st, i double check the website again, it's already at the Post Office Bandar Lampung.
There is no answer to my complaint. then I called Mrs. Tika, she asked me to speak with boss. The answered is " The package is alredy in Indonesia, no compensation, if you want to complain only in destinatin address post office '.
So how much of their profit if the packets sent many who fail are sent without compensation?

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF
On Friday June 4th, 2010 at 4:25pm I went to Burger king with my kids to get food with my kids. A lady took our order and while we were waiting for our food a hipanic lady was getting our food ready a black lady runs into her and start cursing at her. They were fighting behind the counter andthrowing food at each other. The manager and the cook staff were trying to seperate them no one was able to seperate the. They were cursing and i had my kids with me. We left and we did not get our food and i paid for the food. I did not want my small kids to see worse what they saw. The manager should've called right away the police instead of was trying to seperate them.

cold food
on the 6th march we went to mcdonalds for tea .We ordered 2 big mack meals+2 happy meals with nuggets+1 chicken mayo. we received our food and went home which is just around the corner.Upon opening our food we found to our dismay that all our food was cold apart from the chicken nuggets.so as you can amagine we were not very pleased, we use the store on a regular basis and have never had any problems. I would be most grateful if you could investigate this matter further at this branch. Atleast making sure that this does not happen to us again and other paying customers. thankyou and would hope to hear from you soon to resolve this issue...

the above named bussiness is horible, it practice rascism and discremnation against people of color and minorties
I have been going to eat at this resturant in this locations for many years even before it became hometown buffet, and ever since it became hometown buffet it got even worse .
on the hands of the so called general manager named chris eicheir I was humalitaed like never was in my life for no appearant reason except my skin color and race,
he uproached me when I was getting a lunch to go, when I just gott started putting the stuff that I wanted to eat in the box he came out form the office after saw me on camera of course, he came straight to me and said you can not take all chicken in your to go lunch when I had just got started how did he know I was gettng only chicken? I told him im not done yet and even if I get only chicken or only one thing I can, since his place does not have anything posted stating that I can only take certain items, he then along with his shift manager took the food box form my hand refuned my money and thow me out of the resturant and told me not to come again/ I called te concord police department to document this, they came and said they only document crimes and here they said there was no crimes and told me that I can take this resturant to court if I wanted to and told them this is exactly what im going to do.

i order pizza and chicken wings and they was not done all the way and they was cold and they put the wrong stuff on the pizza i called and they said i will have a manger call and no manger has called me yet i call and they tell me the samething i am sick of hearing it i am not to happy about this

When i give this phone to this shop to do its for me they get fuck up my phone and they but a virus on the phone and after that the take me 65cedis for fucking up my phone and after that they give the phone to me to send its home, And one thing too they use peoples phone when they finishing with the phone they use it for some days, So please every body who want to send his phone to this bad and foolish shop please dont do that or your phone will end up in a Bin.
