I walked into Foodworld , Malleswaram , Bangalore branch at 11.45 AM on a Friday. The security person in the entrance gave me a brochure of the items on discount.

After i had picked the items in the shopping cart and came to the billing counter, at 12 , the girl announced that the cash counter was closed. I left the shopping cart on the counter, and walked out.

Is this the professionalism of this food chain ?
