I had a BAD experience dealing with FOOTBALLSHOPUK as i ordered kits from thier website [www.footballshopuk.co.uk] (link: http://www.footballshopuk.co.uk) more than two months ago then i didn't recieve anything i complained and they told me to wait about 40 days then later they told me they will send a replacement as they run out of stock while i m telling them all i need is refund but they insisted they already sent the replacement (NO PHONE NUMBER AND ADRESS FOOTBALLSHOPUK PROVIDED) and i have to wait then after 75 i m still asking for refund and thier answer was "if you send our replacement kits then we will issue a refund" replacement kits that doesn't exist.

Now i know why they ask 40 working days as paypal can't do anything beyond 45 days.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF FOOTBALLSHOPUK, THEY HAVE ALSO OTHER NAMES THAN FOOTBALLSHOP...
