I attend Foothill College Online. The school is withholding my Summer and Fall Loans. I got injured and had to request for an Incomplete in the Summer. I was told I would not be able to get the Summer Financial aid until I complete the "I" which I have until March 31, 2011 to complete. So far so good. I was expecting to get my Fall Loans and now they have told me I am not going to get it unless I complete the "I", or otherwise that I will have to forfeit the Summer Loan. I borrowed money from friends in the Summer (was taken 2 classes, passed one and the other I have an "I". Which probably would cause me even to have to give back the Pell Grant that I received for summer.

I was amazed when the School told me that the reason they could not pay me for the Fall is because the school's new system, could not handle the "I" from the summer, that basically there were technical difficulties to accomplish that.

I have zero money and even had to have another surgery. I cannot work and am taking the Fall Classes and no money even to buy books or for living expenses.

They first lied that I needed to have patience and now they just told me straight out that I would not get the Fall loan, unless I forfeit the Summer loan or finish the "I". I am not ready to do that because I need to file a complaint about the teacher who caused me all of this by denying me a 2 week extension for the time I had the surgery, etc.

Does anyone know who I can sue my school?
