Nine West Outlet: Store #2545 City Place Mall

I always go to this Outlet Store, on a regualr basis because they ALWAYS have my size and the selection is always good. The one thing I have an issue with is Customer Service. There were two young guy and girl who used to work there, I no longer see them; they were great, but the Store Manager: Hermon, Wow, he has ver bad customer service skills. I mean its very sad. I was told by an associate, this Sat while I was in the store, with my girlfriend (who I recommended come with me) that ALL the shoes on the back sale wall were 14.99. The associate indicate this as well as the Store Manager, Hermon.So I got to the register and the girl rung me up 29.99 plus tax for one shoe and indicated that only one of the shoes I took off the wall was 14.99. And he was rude and very combative about the issue. I even called hte store today because I wanted to put a shoe on hold and he was really rude, had me on hold for a very long time and said Oh, a UPS man was here so hol don again. I don't understand why a Store Manager cannot be an example for his people and treat customers right, its rude.
