I boarded my dog, Haley, with the owner, Nancy Reyes, of this establishment and she promptly lost my dog. I dropped the dog off at approximately 8 PM, December 29th and by midnight the dog was missing. One of her staff took my dog for a walk and neglected to put her own a slip leash, which Nancy Reyes knew was required, or Haley would slip out of her collar and get away.
Nancy Reyes was neglect and not informing her staff that my dog required a slip leash. She was also the only one who was supposed to be caring for my dog and still let one of her employees walk her. For an owner of a dog training facility to fail to protect my dog from getting lost is a serious case of neglect and I would question her ability to train other peoples dogs. If she can't even keep a dog from getting lost, what makes her think she can train someone's dog? Obviously, there is some doubt about her ability as a trainer and serious doubt about her boarding dogs.
