I ordered two pairs of sneakers from this website on March 6, 2010. When I recieved the sneakers they were too small. I sent the sneakers back for a refund through usps via ems. After I shipped them out, I tracked them om ems.com website. The first two times that I tracked them, the delivery status showed that something went wrong. The third time when I tracked them, the delivery status diplayed that the sneakers were delivered on May 6, 2010. The refund process takes 5-7 business days once sneakers are recieved and inspected. It has been over a weeks time and I still have not recieved a full refund for two pairs of sneakers totaling $137.98. The company never responds to any of my emails and no phone number is posted on their website. Just an e-mail contact form. They say that it takes 24-48 hours for them to recieve the e-mails from customers. NO EXCUSE- AFTER A WHOLE WEEK I SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED A RESPONSE. I am starting to think that they are not a legit website. I will never suggest that website to anyone to order from and if I have to rate them on a scale of 1-10, I would rate forcekicks.com with 1 star if that. So buyers beware.
P.S- THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECIEVED FROM AN ONLINE SHOE MANUFACURER.
