We bought a car from them and from a week after we bought it things were going wrong. They are suppose to cover any engine problems well they told us to put a new thermostat in it ourselves when it started to over heat. It was jerking when put in gear, and when you put it in reverse it did not want to do it you had to really give it gas to get it to go backwards. First told us they would look at it, then said they couldnt find anything, it left us sitting along side a busy interstate. So we took it back again they said they would look at again this time said they dont know what is wrong with it. And said they dont give loner cars, i explained we are both ill and have alot of Dr. appointments, we took in on june 20th of 2011. So then they said it would be fixed by the 22nd. then on the 24th, and here it is the 28th of june and they havent even start on it. I called them and asked about a loner car, they told us they dont have loners cars at all.My sister called and they do have loner cars but they are all being used at this time. And today they dont know when it will be fixed. Well we are taken our plates off it and they can stick it where the sun dont shine. And there are other places to buy here pay here!!!
