I have purchased a gulfstand motor home with a ford chassis 550 since the purchase the odometer has been incorrect on its readings Ford has told me to bring it to a dealer in the usa as they are not able to trouble shout this unuit in Canada .I have made 3 trips with 2to 3 days in the dealership with no sucess, the dealer has gone back and fourth with Ford hot line .Finally Ford has agreded to bring in a service field engiener .which after booking and apointement and us travelling 300 miles one way to meet him he did not show up after the dealer calling him he simply said he did not have the time he was going on holidays.Its has been 2 weeks and still after talking with Ford that this will be resolved again still no dates of when, and if at all they say is someday.This problem has been lingering since one year the day of purchase.My o my some service if none from Ford and not to mention the cost incurred by us under warranty Maurice
