Unfair business practices
I just returned from the Ford Service department to get my tires rotated on my 2007 Mustang. They told me my tires were dry rot. I bought the car from Freehold Ford, it is a certified used car. I have the car for a little over a year. I don't think tires should dry rot in a year. This leaves me to believe that they sold me the car with tires that were already dry rot. By the way the car only has a little over 22, 000 miles on it. Since the car is a certified used car the tires should have been changed before it was sold to me. Don't you think?

blowout of spark plug
I own a 1999 f 250 super duty truck with v10.I had a spark plug blowout on me yesterday.It seems to me this happens alot.Looks like ford should fix this problem. I own 3 fords.I think ill change to chevy.Spark plug blowout shouldnt be a matience problem.

2001 Explorer Sport Trac
If you own a 2001/2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac you should have someone check your cab mount bushings. I found mine to be rotting/falling apart and 1 has dissapeared altogether. The rubber they used is just falling apart, crumbles like cork. Ford is unwilling to acknowledge any widespread problem. To have them replaced is about $1000.00.
I have filled an investigation request form with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration concerning this issue on their Vehicle Safety Hotline. Hope it will get noticed...

gas mileage
MOST OF FORD LITE TRUCKS AND SOME CARS HAVE BEEN DESINED TO BURN EXTRA GAS FOR OVER 50 YEARS NOW.CHEVY FINALY POINTED THIS FACT OUT RESENTLY.THEY GET 18 PERSENT HIGHER MILEAGE.FORD DID THIS TO FEED THE TEXIS OIL PEOPLE THAT STARTED THIS WAR WERE MOST OF THE OIL IS.FORD IS VERY CROOKED AS IS TEXIS OIL PEOPLE.IN THIE COUNTRY IT IS BASE BALL APPLE PIE AND CHEVROLET/ROCK N ROLL.THEY DONT SELL OUT.

Intake Manifold Settlement 2005
The class action lawsuit against ford for the failure of plastic intake manifolds that settled in 11/05 or 12/05 . We have a 1996 lincoln towncar that we replaced this manifold. In december of 2005 we submitted the the documentation to Leith lincoln Mercury in Raleigh North Carolina where we purchased the vehicle to date after numerous inquires we have recieved no compensation.
