ford taurus headlights
2011 ford taurus headlights do not reach far enough in the dark to
see any thing in the road like deer or anything curves in the road.
You cant keep your brights on all the time with oncoming cars.
We live where the roads are very dark at night with animals out roaming crossing the road all the time even cows get out of fences. The only thing you can look at our the lines right if front of the car to see you are on the road. Very dangerous and needs to be corrected. We are afraid it will cause us an accident at night.

Ford does not honor its warranties.
I bought a new 2002 Focus from a Peninsula dealership with the standard 3-year warranty, plus a 6-year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty for an extra $, 1200. Upon delivery, I complained of a burnt oil smell inside the car. I was told it was “normal, ” and it would go away in time. Upon the first oil change, I again complained about the oil smell, and was again given the “its normal” response. Next oil change, same story. I switched to a Concord dealership. Made the same complaint; got the same response. In 2006, I had a broken power window; Ford refused to cover under warranty, until I screamed, literally.
At the oil change just after the 6-year bumper-to-bumper warranty expired, I am told the car has a leaky value cover gasket, that “it’s a fire hazard, your life’s in danger”, and “it needs to be fixed immediately.” After the $400 fix, surprise, no more burnt oil smell. Ford’s warranties proved to be worthless, and they didn't mind putting my life at risk for that extra $1200 that got from me. In contrast, Buick honored its warranties on my 2005 LeSabre without hesitation after it needed a repair in 2006.
I hear that Ford now has better technology that GM, but what is that worth when Ford does not honor its warrenties, and is willing to put your life at risk for an extra buck.

I've had the car for 2 months and has an engine problem and transmission fluid leak
I purchased an 08 escape in january. I've had the car for 2 months and has an engine problem and transmission fluid leak. They told me they would need the car for 5 days. They absolutely would NOT give me a loaner. I explained I have children to get to school and a son with disabilities who needs to take weekly visits to Cambridge. The absolutely could care less. I do not feel they should have given me a hard time when I've had the thig for 2 months. It should not have had big issues like that already!

ford pproducts
This is not a complaint, this is a way to contact Ford. My boyfriend ordered a truck in 2001. To make a long story short, he sold the truck to me in 2008 with less than 55000 miles onit. Anyway, the speed sensors went out, so no longer is there ABS. It will cost at least $500 for just the sensors. I wrote to Ford, I also talked to a woman at Ford, which was a thrill. I t was as if she were reading from a cue card. No recalls, no longer under waranty, etc. They didn't even have a rep look at it, and it is clearly a manufacturer defect. I have now contacted the Federal Trade Commission, and hopefully fet some answer.

2006 Mercury Montrey Van
2006 Mercury Montery Van with 61450 miles on it had complete transmission failure cost $ 2026.00 to repair it. Warranty was for 60000 miles. Only way Ford would maybe help me pay for it was for the Dealer to tear the transmission down and then tell me what they would do. The dealer charged $170.oo hr plus $20.00 for shop supplies, what ever that was, for replacing a brake pressure switch so I was not going to let them tear the transmission down and then tell me what it would cost for them to fix it. I feel like these vehicles are designed to last just until the warranty expires. Will never buy another Ford product.
