I have taken Foreigners to the civil court to get my money back. If you want to support me and if you want to claim your money back, I have a court date set for 04/08/2010. I would like to see as many people as possible in court so that we can put a stop to Foreigners once and for all. They are openly cheating people of money, some people are without jobs so AED 400 is a lot of money to them.

I read an add for Interior Designers job, urgently required, with no charges from candidates would be charged. They did not give any email address or their office address, just a mobile number was given (number lost). I called the number, they called me for interview. On one next Thursday I went for interview, I said my expectation from the job is AED 9000.00, but they said they are giving job for AED 12000.00. Then they asked for AED 100.00, I paid them. They called me back next day saying that my CV was shortlisted and I have to come to their office with AED 300.00 deposit money. I was happy and went there with AED 300.00. They repeated that I have to pay AED 300.00 as deposit and if I am not satisfied with the job, I can redeem my money back showing the receipt of my money paid. I blindly paid the money as they had told that it is just a security money, and they also told that I will have to come on Saturday unmissable for interview, but before that anyways you would receive call for interview for confirmation of interview. But I did not receive any calls from them. I called them back on the landline number given 06-5758320 which no one received. Once a female had received and she replied to call back later. Then again same thing happens when I call them, either no one receives or find it engaged. I have the receipt of AED 300.00 which now I can see the stamp of "NOT REFUNDABLE" on it, which I did not notice before in the fit of happiness. The receipt shows the company name as "FOREIGNERS EMPLOYMENT, MANAGEMENT & CONSULTANCY", PHONE O. +971 6 5737084, FAX +971 6 5736968, ADDRESS: AL BUHAIRA CORNICHE PLAZA BLDG, 1 SHARJAH - UAE. But please not their office in flat no. 304 though it is not clear in the address stated.
