The website announces a special offer for a zeltiq treatment for a WEB special price of $750.00 per area, it does not specifies anywhere which area and if you click on the LEARN MORE link, if takes you another page where more information is provided and in this page, the details specify very clearly the duration of the procedure to be 2 hours, the cost "Normally $1000.00 but WEB Special $750-00. "PER AREA". When I called to make an appointment for the procedure, I was asked what area I was looking to treat and when I advised them the lower stomach, the price right away changed to $1500.00 "PER AREA" and when I advised the web site did not specify that, I was told it did and that was the price and in little words, to either take it or leave it. I advised their add was misleading and it was being used as a form of a hook, however the lady on the ph became aggressive and rude. I advised I would call back after reviewing the web site and looking for the (missing) details, which were never found. I email the practice and in the email, I addressed this subject. I received a response supposedly from the Dr himself, whom was stating there was nothing misleading as the size of the machine needed for the procedure varies in sizes and therefore the cost varied as well and he also suggested for me to look somewhere else for this same treatment. His response was one of the most un-professional I have ever read or even received.
