Despite my continual requests for information which would have enabled me to start your program and invest, you never answered my many queries which would have enabled me to begin. The defects in your system are that none of my queries were addressed and I was not given sufficient information to even test your system in order to test it, invest in it, or trade. The signals you generated were defective in that all my queries were answered automatically by computer with replies that were defective because they had no relevance or applicability to my queries. Your system is therefore defective by virtue of generating useless standard replies which were totally irrelevant to my continued requests for information on how to proceed with your system. They did not answer my queries and did not answer my problems with your system. As a result I could not begin to use your system. This means that your total system was defective. For you to hide behind your system and not address a genuine enquiry in order to deduct funds from my credit card without delivering your product or service is tantamount to embezzlement and theft.
