24 December 2010 I purchased a white gold ring from Forma Viva N1 City, the ring was too big & was only made smaller in February 2011, after waiting two weeks for the ring as the store seemed to have ‘misplaced’ it, I finally got it back slightly too big & therefore have not worn it all the time, now two months later the ring has faded & has turned yellow/brown;diamonds has started shifting & the scratches has started to surface.

I took the ring back as this is clearly a poor quality product and demanded a full refund.I was told that a refund was out of the question as the ring has clearly been worn & that all white gold fades sometime after approximately 6–8 months.

The ring has not been exposed to any chemicals or water.

Forma Viva has displayed nothing but poor quality and poor service, not to mention poor business as I should have been reimbursed upon presentation of this ring due to its poor state after only two months.

They say diamonds are forever... NOT AT FORMA VIVA – they are for two months.

I am disgusted AND WILL PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION TO PROTECT MYSELF AND OTHER CONSUMERS FROM BEING RIPPED OFF!

I payed for quality I got junk!
