Every summer we travel to Turkey for our summer vacation. A close family friend who works at a nearby Turkish clinic as a translator informed me that they have received an email from Fortis insurance that this insurance company will not pay more then 150 Euros for their clients treatment. Based on this email, hospitals are preparing to refuse to admit Fortis patients for treatment or ask these patients to settle thier bills personally before they leave the hospital. So, for all of you who are planning to travel to this country with Fortis travel insurance: BEWARE!!!
