I recieved a telephone number for customer service, with consumerbill. 1-888-267-2169 whatever time it takes stay on the line, I HAVE CONTACTED SOMEONE. At this time I had {2} charges from this outfit, one for $39.95 using a bogus check #80749, another was a charge for $ 49.95 with even another bogus number#09999.I had no problem getting action from the charge on $39.95, but the kicker is the CHECK FOR REFUND, won't be sent to me until 30 to 45 days.Now on the other charge I was told that the same customer service handeled the $49.95 charge that was FORTRESS SECURED. The person advised me to sent my documents sent from my bank to fax to this number for a refund. FAX 777-359-2282. Well its off and accepted.I will write if any info more to keep you advised, thank you.

Platinum Member Fortress Secured, Inc. fraudulently withdrew $49.95 from my checking account on October 15, 2008. I do not know who these people are, and I have never ordered anything from them I will turn them into the Better Business Bureau and into my bank. Does anyone know what else I can do?

I see this has happened to other people, too. These people have to be stopped AND NOW so this company cannot do this to anyone else. I am now $56.94 in the red in my bank account because of them!!! Sound good, right?

I was not home and who and why was a bank withdrawl made without an authorization?
