If you are like me and many others, you know how FLS, Ivy Capital, the BDD, (abandoned ship a few weeks ago), Wholesale Match and others work. But I just thought I'd let you all know that ACTION IS IN PROGRESS!

As of last week, Fortune Learning Systems and their affiliates have been shut down and are now under investigation. I was told by a reliable source that they had a court appearance Friday, March 4, 2011.

Since I have had so much time on my hands with the training websites, phone lines, and emails shut down, I got busy and did some damage, at least I hope I accomplished something. First thing is to call your credit card company and file a dispute against all charges relating to all scammers in question. Make sure you tell your credit card companies you want a charge back on the those items. They told me that it has been over three months and couldn't be corrected, (must be some kind of stipulation I didn't know about) but when I explained to them the circumstances involved in this matter, they were very willing to oblige.

Get the word out. Attorney Generals, the BBB, the FTC and anyone else you can think of are there for us and I believe, thanks to those ahead of me, they are the ones who had something to do with the shutdown. Praise the Lord!!!

Today, I noticed that the websites are no longer available. I checked with the FLS and Wholesale Match sites and, yup, they are gone. (I only checked these. I don't want to spend any more time with these guys than necessary. I'd rather keep reporting to those who WILL help me.) Don't bother trying to call the office numbers. Last week, the phones were dead. This week, they leave you a message saying all of their representatives are busy with other clients and to contact them at info@icisuccess or something stupid like that. You will receive a reply that tells you they will call you at their earliest convenience. That's bull! They have been shut down. There is nobody there.

Don't give up. Do everything you can to have these companies get what they have coming to them, but most importantly, get what you have coming to you.
