Stay away
I am a 50 plus year old woman who was looking for a way to work from home on my computer. I replied to an advertisement for "at home" jobs entering data-based information. I was contacted by an individual from Fortune Learning Systems who stated he was a Senior Business Executive and I was totally swept away by their "limited offer" sales presentation. Follow-up phone calls with other representatives followed to determine if I met their criteria. They proceeded to introduce what they "MAY" be able to offer me "IF I QUALIFY." They started with the Questions type sales pitch. They where highly motivated and quick talking. He new exactly what to say using key words such as residual income, investing money to make money, using other people's money (credit card companies), one-time short term investment on a two (2) month payback and I fell for it totally. I invested $6, 620.00 and was at this point very motivated. For this fee they would set up the business for me, teach me to build multiple websites and provide the necessary training and coaching.
Then for my third coaching session the phone call was 'missed'. I waited a couple of weeks worked on the assignments and then requested a rescheduled appointment. Over the following two months each reschedule failed. After working for companies that use email for all scheduled communications I became suspicious when it took three calls or emails to get an appointment.
During this time I was also contacted other 'affiliates'. There was a fee to construct a website, also did I want additional credit, again with a fee. Then I was contacted by the Tax Club and was given another round of high pressure sales techniques. Unfortunately I subscribed to their service, and then was given a series of appointments which are additional sales pitches for services. I attempted to apply for a refund within the 15-day period that they say will be honored, but have yet to see any return. This company also has there own list of complaints on this site and other complaint boards.

rip off
My wife and i were thinking about our future and how we would secure our retirement. When we started checking out web sit services on the internet. I signed up for Home web site center and started posting my sites (witch i have not sold anything yet). A few days after getting started we received a call from the fortune learning systems, the people on the phone were fast talking and very convincing. We came to an agrement on a price to get started and then got started. We had three out of the four promised coaching sessions (wich was a benefit to us) and then they disapered after they got our money. on the thirty day mark i called my credit card co. and stoped payment and after thirty days we received all of our money back(thank god). Do not get fooled by these clowns like we did hang up on them when they call .

Non Performance of Paid for Services
I initially started with Fortune Learning Systems in late September 2010. The company worked with me thru early December 2010 and then agreed with my personal coach to place my program on hold which the coach said would save my coaching sessions and I could start back without any problem. I was ready to start back with the website design in early April 2011. When I tried to contact the company by phone, the message I got was that the number was no longer in service. I also sent an email to my coach questioning what was going on. I received no response. Then I got on the internet and I found out the dismal truth that the company had shut down. I purchased the following services from Fortune Learning Systems: Establish an Internet Business - & 7, 505; Internet Supplier Resource Service - $ 1, 200; Corporation and Tax Services for my Internet Business - $ 4, 990; and finally 4 months of the Fortune Learning Systems Website Builder amounting to another $ 160. All this amounted to $ 13, 855. All this expense went on my credit card and I'm still paying this off with interest! Now I can't even get in touch with anyone at the company to at least keep going with the program to get my website operational! This company cheated me out of nearly $ 14, 000! I will most certainly join in a collective suit against this company that is without honor or integrity. Tom

Scam
Unbelievable...I too was scammed out of my life savings. My coach did not have any appointments open at the times I could meet. I called to request a refund of my money and no one would call me back. I found out from my credit card company that if I would have called them first instead of trying to work this out with Fortune Learning Systems they could have disputed the charge up to 180 days. Instead I have to find a way to pay my credit card company back $13, 000.

Fraud
I have the same story too. I was bilked out of 24, 000.00 by the time I was done. I have tried to contact them over and over again and get no answer. Just this morning I received a call from Profit Sense Innovation calling on behalf of Fortune Learning Systems/Business Development Division about my web site. I started asking questions about not being able to reach any one at the Business Development Division because I had questions about my LLC and Federal ID number that they were to have been taken care of. He then replied he could not help me this that portion because he had only taken over the web site information. I asked if there was anyone I could call, he simply said "no, I don't have any of that information available to me". I then informed him that this whole thing was a scam and that they are going to court on Wednesday of this week. He said: "YES".
Later in the day I tried to call this Toll Free Number for Profit Sense Innovation and to speak with an operator. Well low and behold I got the same message as the other numbers - that "NO ONE IS AVAILABLE PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE". Beware if you get any calls.

fraudulant service, misrepresentation, unethical services, etc.
On Nov. 3, 2010 I purchased a Website Program from ICI Success which is also, Fortune Learning Systems, Business Essential Plans, Wholesalematch.com, Nevada Corporate Division and several others. Everything has been going as they said until a week and a half ago when I tried to email my coach. I received a "message not sent" error. I tried calling my coach and there was a rapid busy signal. I went to Fortune Learning Systems website and it stated that the website was down but they were trying to get it fixed asap. I tried Wholesalematch.com which was the same. I tried calling every number that I have been given for this program and had same response. I waited a week and a half and tried again this morning with the same response. I googled Fortune Learning Systems, Nevada Coporate Division, and ICI Success which gave me a complaint board where I discovered I am not the only one who has been victimized. I also found Ivy Capital has been brought forth under Sections 13(b) and 19 of the Federal Trade Commission Act by the Federal Trade Commission. I have a total of $21, 554.00. ICI charge-$12, 120.00, Nevada Corporate Division-$4, 990.00, Wholesalematch.com-$1, 200.00, My Essential Plans-$1, 744.00, and Fortune Learning Systems-$1, 500.00. I have contacted my credit card company but am having to wait on a senior advisor because the time limit allowed for a cashback has expired. Richard Gennero was the "senior advisor" as he explained of Fortune Learning systems and made myself and my husband have an hour and a half phone conference and take all kinds of notes while he convinced us that this was an amazing opportunity. My Fortune Learning Systems Coach was Ragan Lybbert. This man called me at scheduled meeting times each week and was supposedly helping me to learn how to get a niche, get a dropshipper, build a web page, and other things. There actually has been another person talk of the same Richard Gennero that did the same story with them. I am continuing to research and file everything possible to prosecute these people. I have all of my contracts, all emails, all lessons, notes and other information for proof of my complaint. I want a full refund on each amount that I incured from each "company" which was all the same one or working with each other. I am willing to come to court to act against them. Not only did I purchase this program and the essentials that went with it but I also, purchased a Duns and Bradstreet number, got an EIN number, got a state tax sales number, a domain name, and have virtually wasted 5 months of my time on a fraudulent company. Everything seemed completely legitimate until a week and a half ago and then I started my research and discovered the cold hard truth. I want these people to be penalized not only for my sake but for the many others lives that they potentially ruined. My last purchase was for the actual building of the website. This purchase was made on Feb. 3, 2011 only a few days before the Fortune Learning Systems Website became unavailable. Please send me a message with your email as I am keeping a log so that I can update anyone with any information I obtain. Instead of building a website, now I am building a lawsuit. Help me and you and the many others that are affected by this.
