no more deception March 11, 2011
BREACH OF COMMITTMENT
INTERNET JOBS, FORTUNE LEARNING SYSTEMS, ICI SUCCESS AND IVY CAPITAL ARE SCAMS!!!

Initially I signed up for "Internet Jobs" for which I paid $97. From there I just started receiving calls. First one From ICI Success from a guy named Richard Gennaro, who scammed me out of A LOT of money for a "learning program to get a success story". They took the highest limit card I had and basically maxed it out with their lies and deception of promises. From there he assigned a coach, Clark Bateman from Fortune Learning System. I believe they are now calling themselves Ivy Capital., but apparently we can't be sure because they keep shutting down a business and opening up under a different name! They promised a minimum of 6 months of coaching, coach liasons, financial guidance, website design, etc.. the list goes on, "if they chose to work with me". I was even nervous at the beginning and tried to cancel my agreement with them within the first 2 days, but again convinced that I would be "great at this, good motivation, blah, blah". I also called my credit card company and tried to cancel that charge, but was told I needed to wait until it was charged and then dispute it (which I now have). I even got a federal ID number for my business. I have invested in supplies, computers, etc. in addition to the whopping amount I fell victim to.

At any rate, the first few weeks were fine, then NOTHING. I can't reach anyone by email or phone. The phone numbers, and there are many, send you to the ICI Success website, which is useless. It give no information as to the company's whereabouts. I am now stuck with a credit card bill that I can't afford to pay because these incredibly dishonest people. I don't know how they sleep at night!

They are a disreputable, if I dare say "business". Everyone should be aware not to give them or anyone else calling on behalf of Internet Jobs any money or information.

Take your money and run
I have been unemployed since April of 2010 and my husband is disable. I saw an ad for The Auction Employee Training and paid for their service, which I was able to access but with no help. I signed up for the coaching and was contacted by Fortune Learning Systems and paid them 5k for eight (8) coaching sessions. Both of these companies are scams...they took my money and ran. I received one phone call from my coach which was an orientation call in which I explained my situation - do you think they cared????? They never called for my 1st training session, the website is down and they do not answer the phones. In fact, some of the contact telephone numbers have been disconnected. I sure would like to get my hands on these guys and by the time I finished with them - everyone would have their money back and they would be in jail where they belong... I don't understand how some people can take away from people that really need a job.

scam!!!
I have the same story and the same scam as others on here. I got through all my sessions with my "always and forever" coach. I have a website built and live. A few days after my last coaching session(2-18-11) i got an email saying my website had an incomplete order(from storesonlinepro.com). So i tried to email my coach to see what to do about it and no answer back. I tried calling any and all phone numbers and emailing any email addresses that i could find. No reply or answer or call back yet. So then i searched Fortune Learning Systems again online and looked a little closer and saw all these complaints and realized it was a scam! I am totally kicking myself now for not realizing it sooner. I've read most all of the complaints and comments and didn't see that anyone else had actually built a website. Did anyone else get this far in the scam and what happens to our website now. Is it fake, does it actually function, are other people getting scammed out of money if they buy something from my website? I am so disgusted with all of this and can't believe I was strung along this whole time. But i am concerned other people are getting taken advantage of through my website. Anyone have any advice or comments about this?

Home Money Making Site
Fortune Learned System promised that I would be making money in 2 weeks, charged 8, 000. Did not deliver product, one advisor called and said, here here is Click Bank and her is Ebay, do your research and go to work. TOTAL RIP OFF put charge back against them their answer was a 3 day money back guarantee. I didn't sing anything, then their siter company charged me again to set me up a LLC in Nevada, send paperwork for Wyoming. I tried to call over and over at no advil, was suspossed to set up LLC in Nevada, and told me all I have to do is show up in fake office 1 hour a year. to satisfy the IRS. Bad business, has attorney general complaints against them and should be out of business and business principals placed in jail Google them and see 3 pages of complaints

A big scam to take my money
I was contacted by a representative from Fortune Learning systems assuring me that I could learn to make money selling from my own website, online. I would have help and coaching every step of the way, they promised. I spent over $4000. to start with. The coaching began and I trusted Jay completely. Then the calls and promises started. More money to have a LLC in Wyoming, more money to join Wholesale Match (For a lifetime) more money to get a website built, more money almost every day. After over $10, 000. invested that I as a senior could ill afford, I realized I was getting absolutely nowhere. I was putting in 6-8 hours a day, and getting email praise from the "coaches" plus investing money. It got so bad, I was afraid to answer the phone for fear of getting sucked into more money by fast, smooth talking salesman. Even when I said NO, they kept up. Now, all is stopped. The FLS website has been down for many days, nobody answers emails or phones, the Wholesale Match contact is not there, and my website is not built. I am at my wits end trying to recoup some of my money. I will certainly tell anyone who will listen never to pay any attention to these people.

business opportunity/ ecommerce
I also bought Jennifer Johnson's data-entry work from home scam. Then I was contacted by Fortune Learning Systems. I had just lost my job and needed an income with having 3 teens and a mortgage. I paid $8.620.00 on 2 different credit cards to them in return for a functioning website as a drop shipper. I was told no more money would ever be asked of me and that they would provide all the training, software, coaching, and marketing. I was then contacted by their Business Development Division and paid $5, 000.00 to set up "correctly" and LLC. I ended up doing most of the work myself on my states website. Later I found out I could have done the same thing for way less! My business contact Faye Ferguson, tried to get me to apply for corporate credit, when I couldn't even pay the minimums on my credit cards and didn't have a website making any money. I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card companies but was denied. They have been charging me $39.95/month for a site that has brought in no money for over a year now. I also was contacted by a liaison, Heather, who for another $100.00 had a "programmer" "fix" my site. Now the site is not connected to my web builder and I cannot edit it or use it. The coaching was not consistent, e-mails and phone calls were not returned. I was refused a refund, even though they did not provide the services they said they would. And then to top it all off, Heather wanted me to pay an additional $2, 500.00 for marketing! This was suppose to be included! Now I have no marketing and they didn't even put meta tags in for my website that the programmer supposedly fixed. Shouldn't a programmer know to copy and paste from my original site these things that are so important for SEO? This company has really taken a lot of people for a ride, and I feel for every one of us! If anyone has any suggestions in regards to what recourse we have please let me know. Can't we file a class-action lawsuit? I have wrote the BBB in Utah and filed a complaint with the FTC. Please contact me at [email protected] if you have any suggestions as to what to do next.

Fraud
This company took my money and did not provide services to me. Someone from the company actually stole my credit card number and charged 200.00 worth of hamburgers from Jack in the Box to it! When I called them and told them they said it was goin to be referred higher up and I would be getting a call. Well I never got a call and now their website is down and their phone number gives a recorded message to check online at www.infoicisucess.com and that does not exist. How can I get my money back? I spent over $5, 000.00.

FRAUD
In November I signed up with Fortune Learning Systems who promised to train me and provide web hosting to begin an online ecommerce business. For $5015 they promised coaching sessions that would find my niche, find suppliers at wholesale, set up an LLC in California for my business and teach me to market my website.
Its now March and I am out the money, which I want to get back plus additional costs that are coming due to having to consult with a personal tax consultant whom is now working on dissolving the LLC which NEVER should have been started unless the business was successful since CA requires a minimum tax of $800 regardless if you actually make any sales.
I had a coach whom I thought was going to work well, but realistically all he did was spend 30-45 minutes on the phone with me 3 times, all other scheduled sessions he failed to call in and is not responding to emails or calls.
Now according to research online it appears the company is OUT OF BUSINESS.. not sure how to verify this since they do not have their website up -- says they are working hard to restore and tells you to contact Wholesale Match for assistance. Their phones apparently have been turned off or something, it does not even ring.
I am working with my credit card company on protesting the charges and am seeking additional assistance from the BBB but so far they are not able to provide information on the company but do show many complaints filed against Fortune Learning Systems.
I certainly hope that my credit card company has more success in contacting the appropriate people to resolve the money I am out so far and I am closing the account that Fortune has the number for since I am sure as crooked as they are they will try to hit that card again.

furious
I just wanted everyone know that I have been in contact with fortune learning systems local police dept. There number is 801-763-3020. The business address for FLS is 826 E. State rd ste# 200, American Fork, UT. 84003-9729. As we all know the sight is gone and there are no numbers to contact anyone. I also found out my Coach just so happens to be Kyle Lang the resolution manager. When I asked for my close to $9, 000.00 back for violation of contract, they said they don't give refunds. Instead they gave me my 3rd coach and continued to help me learn to build a business on the internet. Now it's all gone. I really feel for everyone hear that lost and am trying my best to get back what belongs to us. IF YOU WANT TO HELP, CALL THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT WITH THE NUMBER ABOVE AND FILE A REPORT. I talked to officer Bullock and he told me that the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION came in and shut them down and are investigating their bussiness. If you want to contact me (Joe) you can e-mail me with your name and number and I'll call you back. [email protected]... Good Luck!

Misleading Business Practices
I, like many, have fallen foul of Fortune Learning Systems and their slick sales talk. I'm in Scotland where I've been trying to make a success of Internet Marketing and a call "out of the Blue" from them was just what the doctor ordered... more the fool me! After parting with £5600 ( approx. $8300) and paid by VISA, I was given a quick "run down" of what would follow in the next few days as regards documentation and gurantees, and given the name of my Guidance Coach. I had better point-out that they had some really good testimonials at the time otherwise I wouldn't have parted with a penny.

My Guidance Coach contacted me to make his introduction and set dates and times to do our coaching sessions (30-45 minutes each and by telephone). Excellent I thought, these people are really on the ball... HA!!! My first session was how to make money properly on eBay. In a nutshell I knew more than my coach and I'm not an expert.

Long story short... I've since discovered that my £5600 only covers me for 10 sessions. That means that with each phone call they are earning £560 each!!! I was given the impression that my course would last for at least 6 months not 10 weeks, and if you think about it they would be gaining £5600 for only 5 hours work... not happy!!!

And whilst this has been going on, I've been sending them eMails to ask for the receipts for the course so that I can apply to the UK Tax Office for a refund of the Tax paid on this course. Not a single eMail has been answered.

The most recent thing has been that their websites have been switched off with a message reading " Site Under Repair"... yeah right. I've also stumbled across an on-line forum that has over 200 complaints about these people. Oh and my Guidance Coach all of a sudden has stopped calling me.

Being outside the United States I'm not sure how I stand when it comes to refunds, hopefully the fact that I paid by VISA may help.

These people have to be stopped.
Rick.
