I joined this company about a 8 months ago. Since then it has had a cease order filled agaist it in two differnt sates and paid fines and had to change there practices because they were doing business as a Pyramid scheme at that time according to these states laws.

Now I was told by many in different meetings that Dish and GE sent attorneys over for days to check out their books. Now I see that in these court papers they did not have relationships with these companies as we were told. I am surprized that FORTUNE attorneys allowed this with all of their connections.
I was also told that we did have a relationship with FORTUNE and that is why we were able to use their name and did this with there blessings.
Now I see that FORTUNE ( FHTM) has sued a man for using the name FORTUNE on his URL. So they must have a contract or some kind of deal with them right? Otherwise how could they be suing this guy for using that name? I was told they were working with them and that we had permission to use this name.
I mean they use it on everything including FORTUNE FEST right?
I took my postings down that had the word FORTUNE in it so I would not get into trouble because I cant afford to have FORTUNE( FHTM) or FORTUNE INC. sue me. This guy said he is out tens of thousands in attorney fees.
I have stopped promoting this company for now until I see what the court says about all of this. My friends that I have showed this too said to be very careful. There is so much info that is not good out now that I dont see how anyone can get anyone to sign up!

Would someone please email me with what they understood as to what relationships we had with these companies and if you heard the same stories as I have.
I saw the Fortune magazines there and all of the other articles, but I am getting conflicting news back.
I want something to defend what I am doing. Please help.
