What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty.
Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. I finally couldn't wait any longer and called another repair company that came out and fixed the unit within 15 minutes.
