Horrible! I tried to buy by email and was told there was a problem with my order. When I called them they said the video camera was out of stock. I had my husband call and try to place an order for the package deal, which was in stock. I spoke with the manager who said they would not sell the camcorder as an individual piece as advertised, but if I wanted to upgrade to a package deal they would sell it to me. So it's false advertising.
