Foundation Research, Inc described their company as having grant funding professionals, writers and researchers who would present and position my business to qualify for educational grant money made available from the stimulus US government's stimulus package. For two installments of $3500, they promised to research funding for my company in the $214, 000 range so that I could hire additional support and sales staff and advertise more extensively. They explained that the process could take 6 months or more. I faxed and emailed them the two installments as copies of voided checks. In early October, I spoke with David Allen who intimated that his company had received approval for the release of the necessary funding for the grant to support my tutoring service's grant proposal. David Allen promised me that he would "personally" oversee my funding. He gave me his direct line as 702-544-8558 and 800-761-1556 Ext.406. I asked for an acknowledgment to my email, but had no response. Foundation Research has not responded to a number of emails, calls and phone messages since I paid them on October 4th, 2010.
