Bad service
Enclosed you will find a copy of a Water Analysis as of Friday, March 17, 2008 two days after your representative serviced our Spa, and picture's of our Spa deterioration over the last three years. Our Spa was constructed by Blue Haven Pools three years ago. We were told by Blue Haven Pools that we would be covered for any damages for a total of three years if we took your services. Your present representative, Raymond Palazzo and previous service representative's over the last three years have ruined the finish of our Diamond Brite. As we have been told by reliable pool water analysis and refinishing companies the original surface of the Spa was done correctly until your company and service's of the wrong amounts of chemical compounds caused its deterioration. Referring to the Water Analysis sheet you can see that the Calcium and Stabilizer amounts are low. As I mentioned before our Spa is only three years old and now looks as though it is ten years old. This is not ethical work on our job site. As a result of poor workmanship we are refinishing and prepping once again at a cost of $1250.00. We feel you are responsible for this amount of repair to our Spa. I gave you one last chance to remedy this situation by calling your company and asking for a supervisor to take a look at our Spa on Friday, March 17, 2008 and was told he would come to check it on Saturday, March 18, 2008. I waited until 12:00 p.m. and then called once again to check to see what time he would be stopping by and got a recording. After waiting all day for your Supervisor no one came to my residence or called to let me know they couldn't make it. This kind of disregard and behavior has happened often in the past three years. Being a loyal customer going on four years, why would your company act this way. That was our last and final attempt to deal with Blue Haven Pools and Fountain Blue Pool Service, Inc.
