This company promised so much but delivered so little - literally.
The website looks nice and the prices offered for pieces of artwork are competitive - however that is where the positive's end.
The order confirmation (if you can call it that) offers no details other than the cost and that it has been authorised. There was nothing on it confirming the delivery address of the items.
The communications offered by them left alot to be desired. Having sent 2 emails - I received no response. I called 5 times in total leaving 3 voicemails - again no response except towards the end of my quite animated 3rd message an employee picked up the phone. He offered no apology for the fact I have waited a month for a piece of art when his website is offering 3 day deliverys!
The final nail in the coffin is the fact they delivered the parcel to the wrong address! The billing address rather than the delivery address. That wouldn't have been too bad if it had actually gone to the billing address - instead it went to "a neighbour" - as yet to be determined who this person is.
The subsequent phone call with an employee at Four Blank Walls resulted in sarcastic comments and a refusal of a refund. When i suggested the order process should include an order confirmation offering more than the total amount and an auth code - his response was "Do you want me to re-do the whole site?" Well - yes actually! This comment was follwed by him sarcastically asking if i wanted him to come and find the parcel for me - again yes that would be nice. Maybe then I could say these things to his face and not have him hide behind a phone.
As I said to him - this company is a joke and so are the employees!
